We are reaching out to our past, present, and future customers with an important and heartfelt update. Late Saturday night, Merit Carpet Cleaning experienced a devastating fire at our business location. Tragically, our shop, service vans, cleaning units, and product inventory were all lost in the incident.
We are incredibly grateful to share that no one was injured, and only minimal damage occurred to nearby vehicles. For this, we are deeply thankful.
We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the Regina Fire Department, Regina City Police Service, our amazing family and friends and our many supportive neighbors, their professionalism, quick response, and kindness during such a stressful and emotional event made a tremendous difference.
Despite this setback, our commitment to our customers remains unwavering. We are working diligently to accommodate all existing bookings and to assist with rescheduling or offering alternatives wherever possible. Your patience and understanding mean the world to us as we navigate this challenging time.
Insurance adjusters are currently assessing the situation and guiding us toward a resolution. As soon as we have a clearer path forward, we will provide updates to keep our valued customers informed. Our sincerest hope is to secure what is needed and return to full operation as quickly as possible.
